Our History

Probate Services started with a Professional Fiduciary in 1974.  Our current senior Fiduciary, Angelique Friend, started in 1999.

Thereafter, Angelique became President of Probate Services Inc. in 2014.

Angelique Friend

Angelique Friend, President of Probate Services, Inc., is a professional fiduciary, licensed by the state of California, specializing in Conservatorships, Trust Administration and Probate Administration.

Angelique has strong academic and professional qualifications; she graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from California Lutheran University and holds a Master’s Degree with an emphasis in financial planning.

Angelique’s experience includes both managing and forecasting for individuals and large corporations. Previously, she worked for various corporations as an internal auditor, managing fraud prevention, balancing budgets and supervising assets.

For the first 7 years, Angelique has worked closely with a senior professional fiduciary providing her with exceptional experience. Since then she has used her experience to help hundreds of clients.

Angelique is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association, certified with the Center for Guardianship, and is licensed through the Professional Fiduciaries Bureau.

Angelique is also passionate about her community. She has volunteered for a variety of local organizations helping children, the elderly and feeding the homeless.

Is on the board for the Boys and Girls Club, was a member of the Rotary Club in Thousand Oaks, and is an active participant of Interface, an organization that helps abused and neglected children.

Corrina Seymour

Corrina is our Client Relationships Manager and has been working at Probate Services, Inc. since 2012. She works with other professionals concerning legal, financial, tax, and real property matters. When she is not busy at the office she loves to spend time with her daughter and husband, play with her dog, and garden.

Marcie Soo Hoo

Marcie is the newest member of the Probate Service Team. She works on day to day tasks needed for clients, answering phone calls, and helps with both financial and administrative aspects. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and loves her frequent trips to Disneyland.

Amber Peratis

She is in charge of our client’s bill paying, financial duties, and day to day client requests. When she is not reconciling client’s accounts she is at home playing with her dog Prince and tending to her garden.

Hannah Sherman

Hannah works as a Client Relationship Manager and helps with Case Manager duties as well. She loves working directly with our clients to assist them with their needs. When not at work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, cooking or going to spin class. You can catch her at the local Trader Joes, which she frequently visits.

Nancy Ramos

She is responsible of clients files and banking. Anything we need she knows just the place where it is kept. Nancy is a huge help when it comes to looking for specific files for any specific needs. She is a huge helping hand with all day to day office needs.

Case Managers

Case managers, we have various case managers. Case management refers to the coordination of services on behalf of an individual person. Our case manager’s help with routine appointments, scheduled visits and status reports, as well as being an extra set of hands during any emergency or time of need. They are caring, loyal and always there to help with whatever day to day obstacles you may face.

Rebecca MacDonald

She is our Senior Case Manager. Rebecca supervises all other Case Managers that work for us. Our case managers have over 15 years combined experience in the health care industry.  Mrs. MacDonald is in the process of meeting the qualifications to obtain her State of California Professional Fiduciary license.
